IS IT SLOW FASHION?
YES! LA FENNEK has decided to be an ethical and responsible brand: less intensive production, in small quantities, for exclusive pieces. Sustainable, high-quality clothing and accessories made entirely by hand. GOTS-certified pieces and short supply chains, for low environmental impact.
WHAT DOES 100% GOTS MEAN?
100% GOTS means that the piece is made entirely from certified organic fibers and meets the strict environmental and social criteria defined by the Global Organic Textile Standard .
GOTS is the only global label that certifies not only decent working conditions but also respect for the environment and a product that does not harm the health of those who wear it.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON SIZES AND FITS?
Click on "Size Chart" on each item page to view our conversion chart. We also provide model measurements.
ARE THERE ANY RESTOCKS?
We only purchase limited quantities of pieces! We never know if we'll be able to find the exact same fabrics. Even if we restart production of a series, it's very likely that it won't be identical to the previous one. To avoid overproduction and waste, LA FENNEK strives to make each piece unique.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-ordered items are shipped as soon as the products arrive in the warehouse within the timeframe indicated on the item's purchase page.
For pre-order purchases, credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. For orders of available and pre-order items, shipping will occur in two phases: available merchandise will be shipped using standard shipping methods. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become available in stock.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination.
WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
No, the delivery address cannot be changed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email from the carrier containing the order tracking number. To track the status of your order, you can go to the carrier's website and enter the tracking number in the "Track your shipment" box.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
LA FENNEK offers Relay Point delivery throughout the European Union!
If you prefer home delivery, there will be a charge depending on the option you choose.
For those in Paris and the suburbs, free hand delivery is also available!
Orders from outside the EU or overseas France (including Corsica) are considered international, and will be subject to a charge for home delivery.
In general, you'll receive your tracking number by e-mail from the carrier as soon as the order has been shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! LA FENNEK will always come to you 𧳠If your country isn't in the default list, or if you have a specific request, don't hesitate to write to us directly at contact@lafennek.com, and together we'll find the best solution.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
Our delivery times are adapted to all needs!
- By Point Relais via Mondial Relay in France in 3 to 4 working days.
- In the rest of the EU in 2 to 8 working days.
- Standard, for those who take the time to receive it in 2 to 8 working days.
- Express, in 48 hours at your home in France and up to 5 days in the EU.
When you place your order, you can choose the ideal option just before confirming your purchase. This will give you more precise delivery times, depending on the destination of your parcel.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEM?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@lafennek.com . We will do everything we can to correct this quickly and satisfactorily. Please specify:
- Your order number
- The product(s) not received and damaged
- The desired delivery address
Please feel free to attach a small photo to your email, especially in the case of damaged product(s) so that we can clearly identify which item it is.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help. We offer all our customers a free return service if you wish, except for certain types of products, as detailed in the return policy.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product, as evidenced by the carrier's stamp. Simply email us at contact@lafennek.com and we'll guide you through the process.
HOW ARE REFUNDS MADE?
Once the return has been received at our warehouse and approved by the quality and control team, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. The refund includes the full price of the product(s), excluding shipping costs, if applicable.
HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT?
At the time of your PAYMENT, you can leave a little personalized note, you can write it at the YOUR BASKET step, there is a box βAdd a noteβ. We personalize your little card to the person to whom you offer our products.
DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
NO! You don't need to create an account to shop with us. All you need to do is enter an e-mail address to track your order, and fill in the fields required for delivery and payment. LA FENNEK will delete your data on request after delivery.
DO I NEED TO LOG IN TO SEE THE DETAILS OF MY ORDERS?
Yes. To view your orders, you must log in to the website and go to Account, then click on the "Orders" section.
